Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Window Welder, our warranty policy is designed to give our customers peace of mind and assurance in the quality of our services. We provide a comprehensive lifetime warranty against air or water leaks, a testament to our confidence in the durability and effectiveness of our work. Additionally, we offer warranties on the following:
Windshield Replacement
If your new windshield leaks or the moulding comes loose, we will fix the issue at no cost to you. This is a lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle.
Chip Repair
If a chip repair we performed fails (turns into a cracked windshield) we will credit the amount of the repair toward the cost of a new windshield installed by Window Welder.
90-Days Stress Crack Guarantee
During the first 90-days after replacement, if your windshield cracks due to material defects in the glass, we will replace the windshield at no cost to you. If the crack is the result of any other issue (rocks, debris, vandalism, accident, negligence, structural issues, etc.) the warranty is void and you will be responsible for the cost of a new windshield. This warranty is invalid if the vehicle has pre-existing damage due to rust, extended wear and tear, body damage that affects the ability to seal the windshield properly and/or structural issues with the vehicle.
